Jenna is amazing! I learnt so much about my body, my baby and my rights. I was able to connect with myself on a deeper level with some breathing techniques that I am practicing daily. The course allowed my partner and me to connect and understand what we both want / need during this final weeks of pregnancy and during the birthing process. I would 110% recommend this course to anyone that wants to learn, connect and feel more at ease about their upcoming birth!

The course was an absolute game changer for my wife and I! As first time parents, we had absolutely no idea what to expect and that led to a lot of nerves prior to the course. However, after completing the course, our outlook had completely changed and we felt calm and in control. Despite some difficulties in the birth, the skills we learnt from the course allowed us to remain calm and give us the sort of birth story that we wanted. Jenna was amazing throughout the course and afterwards too, including being on hand for help and advice during labour. Highly recommend!
