This full day course is designed to help you tap into your body’s natural ability to give birth calmly and comfortably. Learn powerful relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and mindset shifts that will reduce fear and anxiety, leaving you feeling empowered and in control.

- The science of how your body and mind works during labor and how to work with it
- Practical tools for managing labour pain 
- Mindset tools for reducing fear and anxiety
- Deep relaxation exercises to help you connect with your birthing body and stay calm and focused
- How to avoid unnecessary intervention
- Empowerment to make decisions that feel right for you
- How your birth partner can actively support you for a positive birth

An informative, fun and interactive Hypnobirthing class that will have you feeling prepared, empowered and excited for your big day!

This is a full day workshop includes refreshments and lunch and is ideal for parents looking to meet and connect with other parents with a similar due date.

**Each attendee will receive:**

- A Hypnobirthing workbook to support the course 
- Audio file of hypnotherapy relaxations to use throughout pregnancy and labour. 
- Access to The ABC Hypnobirthing Hub, an online resources hub full of  additional content from myself and other industry professionals. 
- Access to an online breastfeeding masterclass from a local industry specialist.
