ABC Hypnobirthing offer a comprehensive, evidence-based antenatal education, preparing you for every aspect of your birth journey. This full day course is designed to help you tap into your body’s natural ability to give birth calmly and comfortably. FAQ's
You can begin your hypnobirthing course anytime following your 20-week scan. Many women start between 28-32 weeks so they have plenty of time to get into a great mindset and practice the techniques. I have taught people right up to 39 weeks (it's never too late)
They don't have to, but I would highly recommend that they do as they will be supporting you during the birth. Birth partners are a really important part of Hypnobirthing success. It will also help you to make decisions around birth together, allowing your partner to advocate for you when the time comes.
Yes - There will be a small additional charge for their lunch and resources.
Hypnobirthing is for every person and every birth. Whether you plan to have your baby in hospital or at home, if you or have an induction or cesarean birth. Even if you have been labelled as high risk or either you or your baby has medical conditions or special circumstances you can still use hypnobirthing and may benefit even more so!
